I’m getting ready to attend a jewelry and stone trade show next week. Let’s see what stones I will discover. I always find it inspirational to look at all the “candy” meaning the collections of colorful stones that mother nature has given to us! I am constantly amazed by how many different varieties are out there. I’m curious to see what I may find for my new collection. I’m really just high on stones whenever I’m around them. I’m in my happy zone! When you really look at some gemstones you can get so caught up in their everlasting beauty. Especially the ones like jasper that have natures paintings in them! You can see picture jasper with trees and rivers that seem to be permanently etched in the rock! They are one of my favorite little places I can go with my mind. Even though I have many favorites,I can’t even seem to narrow it down. I think my favorite list of stones just gets larger with time! I just finished a few new pieces that I haven’t even photographed as of yet. Maybe I”m holding on to my babies until they are ready to be released into the world. With new stones on the horizon who knows where I will wind up. I think I’m going to stone heaven next week! Then jewelry heaven when I get to create homes for the new stones to sit in their new “homes” settings. Look out for new stones and their new environment! Maybe I will try to part with a few so other people can get happy too! Stone heaven is coming next week!
