One Day Introduction to Jewelry Making Intensive Workshop

Introduction to jewelry making. No experience necessary. You will learn all the basic tools & techniques to start making jewelry. We will provide all the materials you will need. Just bring yourself. You should be able to complete several pieces of jewelry for yourself or friends in this one day intro class. We will start with wire and beads learning cutting, tempering, forging and more. As we move along you will be introduced to designing with chain and metal using drilling, polishing and more.

You will use a variety of wire, chain, sheet metal and beads to create earrings, bracelets and necklaces. Techniques, including tempering, forging, drilling, cutting, filing, sanding, polishing and bending will be used. Students will leave with multiple pieces of finished jewelry they have created. Number of pieces depends on pace of students creativity.
